It’s time to change how you view exercise.

When giving you a tour, any traditional gym will point out their cardiovascular equipment as their most coveted asset. You know, the machines that get your heart rate up and make you sweat: elliptical, stationary bike, and treadmill. Let’s even throw the Stairmaster in there.

On the intro tour, they’ll show you all the people huffing and puffing, and even those strolling on the treadmill while reading a magazine. That’s their selling point. And that’s what many people do at the gym. But what if they were wrong?

There are so many other ways to get a workout. Why are you settling? Maybe it’s easy, or you have a routine, or you see everyone else doing it so it must work. I’m here to tell you that it’s time to change your habits.
